What is Support Coordination?

If you've just been approved for NDIS, you might feel overwhelmed. Suddenly you have a budget, but you're not sure who can help your child or how to make it all work. That's where we come in.

Support coordination is simply having someone in your corner who understands the NDIS inside and out. We help you:

  • Find the right providers — therapists, schools, supports that fit your child's unique needs
  • Book and manage appointments — so you're not juggling 10 phone calls a week
  • Track your budget — so you always know what's been spent and what's left
  • Prepare for plan reviews — so you walk in knowing exactly what to ask for
  • Stay in touch — regular check-ins so nothing falls through the cracks

The NDIS gives you the funding. We make sure your child actually gets the support they deserve.

What a Typical Month Looks Like (Level 2)

Here's how we stay in touch and keep everything moving forward.

1

Week 1: Check-In Call

We call you to see how your child is going, what's working, what isn't, and if there's anything you need help with right now.

  • • How are current therapies going?
  • • Any appointments coming up?
  • • Anything we can sort out for you?
2

Week 2: Provider Liaison

We're the bridge between you and your child's providers. We handle the back-and-forth so you don't have to.

  • • Booking upcoming sessions
  • • Checking in on progress
  • • Sorting out any scheduling issues
3

Week 3: Progress Update

You'll get a written update on how things are tracking, what your child is achieving, and what we're seeing progress on.

  • • Progress notes from providers
  • • Budget tracking
  • • Key milestones and wins
4

Week 4: Summary & Planning

We pull it all together. What worked? What needs adjusting? What's next? We keep your family moving forward.

  • • Monthly summary report
  • • Plan adjustments if needed
  • • Goals for next month

Plan Review Support

Your NDIS plan review is your chance to get the hours and supports your child actually needs. We make sure you're ready.

How We Prepare You

  • 1

    Gather Evidence

We collect progress notes, photos, videos, and feedback from all your child's providers showing what they've achieved.

  • 2

    Identify Gaps

We look at what's working and what's missing. Where does your child need more support?

  • 3

    Build Your Case

We prepare a comprehensive plan review report showing why your child needs increased or different supports.

  • 4

    Coach You for the Meeting

We'll do a mock meeting so you feel confident walking in and know exactly what to say and ask for.

The Real Impact

More Hours

Families we support average 15-25% increase in funded hours after plan review because we've documented the real need.

Better Services

With more clarity on what your child needs, you can fund the right services — not just what providers have availability for.

Peace of Mind

No more worrying you forgot something important. We've got your back and we know what matters.
