Our NDIS Support Coordination Services

Great question. Here's the simple rule of thumb:

• Level 1 if you're confident managing most things yourself and just want some guidance on finding providers.
• Level 2 if you want us to handle the day-to-day coordination — bookings, check-ins, plan management. This is what most families choose.
• Level 3 if your child has complex needs, multiple providers, health risks, or if things feel overwhelming and you need intensive support.

Honestly, nothing out of pocket. Support coordination is funded through your NDIS plan — it's already set aside for you. When we help you, we're using those hours from your plan.

The hourly rates (Level 1: $65.09/hr, Level 2: $100.14/hr, Level 3: $190.54/hr) are what the NDIS allocates for coordination services. You don't pay us directly. You authorize the NDIS to pay us from your plan.

If you don't have coordination funding in your plan yet, we can help you add it at your next review.

Absolutely. You can change coordinators whenever you want. It's your NDIS plan, and you have the right to choose who supports you.
